DreamFuel 365 ("we," "our," or "us") operates the DreamFuel 365 application as:

• Web Application — Accessible via modern web browsers
• Progressive Web App (PWA) — Installable on iOS and Android directly from your browser, no App Store required

Our mission is to help you build better habits, understand your emotions, and achieve meaningful progress through AI-powered guidance and mindful tracking. This Privacy Policy applies to all versions of DreamFuel 365.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, personalize, and improve the DreamFuel 365 experience
• Power AI coaching responses tailored to your mood and goals
• Generate your weekly AI-powered life review and insights
• Track and display your streaks, XP, and progress data
• Send notifications and reminders (only if you opt in)
• Process subscription payments and manage your account
• Respond to support requests and troubleshoot issues
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your wellness or journal data for advertising.

DreamFuel 365 uses Google Gemini AI (provided by Google LLC) to power the AI Coach feature. When you send messages to the AI Coach, your input — along with context such as mood, habits, and preferences — is processed by Google Gemini to generate personalized, supportive responses.

Named AI Sub-Processor:

Your privacy is protected:

• AI conversations are used only to provide the coaching and insights services to you
• We do not use your private coaching conversations to train AI models without your explicit consent
• Your wellness data is never shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes
• Your AI weekly review is generated from your own recorded activity (mood, habits, journal, focus) and saved to your account, where only you can read it
• Google processes data under strict data processing agreements that comply with GDPR, CCPA, and applicable privacy regulations

AI-generated responses are for motivational and informational purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, or professional advice.

Mood, emotional, and journal data may constitute special category data under GDPR Article 9 (health-related data). We treat this information with the highest level of protection:

• Encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest
• Access is strictly limited — only you can view your personal wellness data
• Never shared with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes
• Used only to provide the services you have chosen within the App

Explicit Consent (EU/EEA Users): By completing onboarding and enabling mood tracking, journal, and AI coaching features, you provide explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR) for us to process your emotional and wellness data solely to deliver these services. You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account or contacting dreamfuel365@gmail.com.

We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: Trusted third parties that help us operate the App (hosting, payment processing, AI services) — bound by strict data processing agreements.
• Stripe: Processes subscription payments. We share only the minimum data required for billing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy.
• Google LLC (Gemini AI): Powers the AI Coach, Weekly AI Review, and Personalized Insights features. Your coaching messages and wellness context are processed by Google Gemini under Google's data processing terms. See Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect rights and safety.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred with prior notice.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services. If you delete your account via Profile → Delete Account, we will permanently delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax records, fraud prevention).

What gets deleted:

• All journal entries, mood check-ins, and personal reflections
• Habit tracking data, habit logs, and streaks
• AI coaching conversation history, saved Coach memory, and your AI weekly reviews
• Affirmations, favorites, saved quotes, daily intentions, and quiet wins
• Focus sessions, growth program enrolments, and challenge participation
• Progress and gamification data (XP, level, badges)
• Profile information, preferences, and notification settings

Reset Profile (start over, keep your account):

If you would rather clear your tracked data without losing your account or subscription, use Profile → Reset Profile. It permanently deletes the content listed above — journal, mood, habits, focus sessions, affirmations, intentions, quiet wins, progress, and AI weekly reviews — while keeping your sign-in, plan, billing details and notification settings. Daily usage allowances are kept, so a reset cannot be used to bypass daily limits.

Anonymized, aggregated data (e.g., app usage statistics, feature adoption rates) may be retained indefinitely as it cannot identify you personally and helps us improve the app for all users.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Delete your account and associated data (via Profile → Delete Account)
• Export your data in a portable format (contact us)
• Opt out of non-essential communications
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

Age Requirements:

• United States: Users must be at least 13 years old (COPPA compliance)
• European Union: Users must be at least 16 years old (GDPR compliance), or have parental consent where local law permits lower age limits
• Other Regions: Users must meet the minimum age requirement in their jurisdiction

DreamFuel 365 is not designed for or directed at children under these age limits. We do not knowingly collect, use, or share personal information from children under the applicable minimum age.

Parents: If you believe your child under the minimum age has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at dreamfuel365@gmail.com and we will delete the data within 24 hours.

Web & PWA:

If you opt in to push notifications (available when installed as a PWA), we may send you:

• Daily motivational reminders and affirmations
• Habit check-in nudges
• Mood tracking prompts
• Streak milestone celebrations
• Important app updates and feature announcements

You can manage or disable notifications at any time in the App (Profile → Notifications) or in your device/browser settings.

Email:

We use email for important account communications (receipts, subscription updates, data requests). You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in any email we send.

Note: We never send spam. Notifications are designed to support your growth journey, not distract from it.

Web & PWA:

DreamFuel 365 uses local device storage to remember your preferences, session state, and app settings. We do not use third-party tracking SDKs, advertising identifiers, or cross-app tracking.

Cookies & Storage:

The web version uses:

• Essential cookies — Required for authentication and session management
• Local storage — Remembers theme preferences, notification settings, and UI state
• Analytics cookies (optional) — Anonymous usage statistics to improve the app (you can opt out)

Advertising measurement (Google Ads):

We promote DreamFuel 365 through our own Google Ads campaigns, so Google's measurement tag (gtag.js) loads on the site. When someone arrives from one of our ads and then starts a checkout, starts a subscription, or completes a purchase, that action is recorded as a conversion so we know which campaigns work. This is measurement of our own advertising: we run no third-party ad networks in the app, we show no ads inside the app, we never use your journal, mood, or coaching content for advertising, and we do not build advertising or behavioral profiles from it. The tag belongs to Google, so Google handles what it collects under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). You can block or clear these cookies in your browser settings and adjust or opt out of Google's ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.

We do NOT: sell your data, show ads inside the app, run third-party ad networks in the app, or use your wellness or journal content for advertising.

We implement industry-leading security measures to protect your data:

• TLS encryption for all data in transit (HTTPS)
• Encryption at rest for sensitive data via our infrastructure providers
• Role-based access controls — your data is only accessible to you
• Secure authentication via enterprise-grade auth systems
• Automatic security updates and patching by our infrastructure providers

Important: No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we employ the highest standards to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it immediately to dreamfuel365@gmail.com.

DreamFuel 365 operates globally and our infrastructure is hosted in secure data centers. Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States.

Data Transfer Safeguards:

• EU/EEA Users: We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission to ensure GDPR-level protection when transferring data outside the EU
• UK Users: We comply with UK GDPR and use International Data Transfer Agreements (IDTA)
• All Users: Our cloud infrastructure providers (Base44, Stripe) are SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified with robust data protection measures

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, regardless of where it is processed.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of your personal information. If you are located in the EU, EEA, or UK, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) grants you enhanced rights. Our legal basis for processing your data is:

• Contract (Article 6(1)(b)): To provide the service you signed up for
• Legitimate Interest (Article 6(1)(f)): To improve the App, prevent fraud, and ensure security
• Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): For optional features like notifications, AI coaching, and analytics
• Legal Obligation (Article 6(1)(c)): To comply with applicable law (e.g., tax, anti-fraud)

Your GDPR Rights:

• Right to Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Right to Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Delete your data (via Profile → Delete Account)
• Right to Data Portability: Export your data in a machine-readable format

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notice or email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
