Terms of Use

DreamFuel 365 ("we," "our," or "us") operates the DreamFuel 365 application across multiple platforms:

• Web Application — Accessed via modern web browsers
• Progressive Web App (PWA) — Installable on iOS and Android from your browser
• Native Mobile Apps — Coming soon for iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play)

By creating an account, downloading the app, or using any version of DreamFuel 365, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EU/EEA, or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
• Agree to be bound by these Terms of Use
• Agree to our Privacy Policy
• Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use DreamFuel 365.

DreamFuel 365 is a personal growth and motivation platform designed to help you build better habits, understand your emotions, and achieve meaningful progress. Features include:

• Daily Fuel — Motivational quotes and personalized affirmations tailored to your mood and preferences
• AI Life Coach — Adaptive coaching sessions in 4 modes: Daily Check-In, Habit Coach, Reflection, and Deep Focus (the free plan includes 5 messages/day; each paid plan raises the limit)
• Mood & Emotion Tracking — Daily mood check-ins with 6 emotional states (Amazing, Good, Okay, Low, Struggling, Powerful), energy and stress scoring, triggers, and trend analysis
• Habit Building — Streak-based habit tracker with weekly reports and calendar view
• Micro Journal — 3 daily reflection prompts with private entry history
• Focus Timer — Deep work sessions with preset durations and post-session mood reflection
• Growth Programs (Premium) — Guided 7, 14, and 30-day personal development journeys
• Weekly AI Life Review (Premium) — AI-generated weekly synthesis of mood, habits, journal, and focus data
• Insights Dashboard (Premium) — Mood trends, habit completion rates, and focus analytics
• Daily Intentions & Quiet Wins — Set your daily intention and log small victories
• Challenges — Community-style streak challenges with leaderboards
• Gamification — XP, levels, streaks, streak freezes, and badges
• Personalized Themes — 25+ seasonal visual themes (many Premium-only)
• Smart Notifications (Premium) — Customizable reminders with tone, timing, and silence modes
• Social Sharing — Share quotes as branded images for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and more
• Quote Discovery — Browse and filter a curated library of motivational quotes

It is not a licensed medical or mental health service and does not provide therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or severe distress, please contact a qualified professional immediately or call emergency services (911 in the US, 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

Free Plan (Free Fuel): Access to core features at no cost, subject to usage limits: 5 AI Coach messages/day, up to 3 active habits, up to 5 affirmations, 1 active challenge, 10 quote views/day, and 7-day journal history.

Premium Plans (Monthly Fuel, Supporter Bundle, Annual Believer): Unlock expanded access based on your plan: unlimited habits, full journal history, growth programs (7/14/30-day), insights dashboard, weekly AI life review, smart notifications, and 25+ premium themes. AI Coach daily message limits vary by plan (see pricing table below). Every paid plan also removes the free limits on affirmations, challenges, and quote views.

Payment will be charged to your card via Stripe upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Profile → Subscription → Manage. Unused trial time is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

Changing plans mid-cycle: if you move up to a higher plan while a paid period is still running, the change takes effect immediately. Stripe credits the unused portion of your current period and charges the difference for the new plan, so that single charge will not match the plan's list price. From your next billing period onward, the normal plan price applies. Unused time on a free trial is forfeited when you upgrade. You can change plan at any time from the Premium page; moving to a lower-priced plan requires cancelling your current plan first.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Refund requests must be submitted to dreamfuel365@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis.

The Monthly plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers only. No charge is made during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged $2.99/month. You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge.

The 7-day free trial applies to the Monthly Fuel plan only, and to new subscribers. The Supporter Bundle (3 months) and Annual Believer (1 year) plans do not include a trial period and are charged immediately upon confirmation.

Web Application & PWA:

DreamFuel 365 is available as a web application and as an installable PWA (Progressive Web App). The app is provided "as is" and accessed via your web browser. You are responsible for maintaining compatible browser software and internet connectivity.

• Web and PWA payments are processed securely via Stripe
• The app can be installed to your home screen on iOS and Android via your browser
• No App Store or Google Play account is required to use the web or PWA version

Native Mobile Apps (iOS and Android — Coming Soon):

Native versions of DreamFuel 365 are in development for iOS (distributed through the Apple App Store) and Android (distributed through Google Play). These Terms of Use — including the subscription, refund, AI coaching, and privacy sections above — apply to those apps as well, together with the platform's own terms and policies.

Subscriptions purchased inside a native app are billed by Apple or Google through your App Store or Google Play account, rather than by Stripe, and are also subject to the store's payment, renewal, and refund policies. You can manage or cancel a store subscription from your store account settings, and restore a previous purchase at any time using the in-app Restore Purchases option. Deleting the app does not cancel a store subscription.

• Daily AI Coach message limits, premium features, and account data are the same across web, PWA, and native apps
• Feature availability may differ slightly between platforms as each release rolls out
• Refunds for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies

Note: Native app release dates are not guaranteed and may change. Access is available today through the web app and PWA.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at dreamfuel365@gmail.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in harmful, abusive, or fraudulent behavior.

Content you create within the App (journal entries, affirmations, daily intentions, quiet wins, mood notes) remains yours. By entering content, you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the App's services to you.

You agree not to enter any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.

The AI Coach and AI-generated features within DreamFuel 365 (including the Weekly AI Life Review, Personalized Insights, and AI-generated journal reflections) are powered by Google Gemini AI (Google LLC). These features are designed to support your personal growth journey and are for informational and motivational purposes only.

Emotional Data Consent: By using the AI Coach, mood tracking, and journal features, you explicitly consent to your emotional and wellness data being processed by Google Gemini solely to deliver these services to you. This consent may be withdrawn at any time by discontinuing use of these features or deleting your account.

Important Limitations:

• AI responses do not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice
• The AI Coach is not a licensed therapist, counselor, or healthcare provider
• Do not rely on AI responses for medical diagnoses, treatment decisions, or emergency situations
• AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate — use your judgment
• Free Fuel users receive 5 AI Coach messages per day; Monthly Fuel 15/day; Supporter Bundle 30/day; Annual Believer 50/day. All limits reset daily at midnight
• Always seek professional help from qualified experts for serious concerns

Crisis Support: If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, severe distress, or a mental health crisis, stop using the app and contact emergency services immediately (911 in the US, 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or your local crisis hotline).

DreamFuel 365 includes a gamification system with XP points, levels, streaks, streak freezes, and badges. These are virtual rewards with no monetary value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged. We reserve the right to modify or remove gamification elements at any time.

All content within DreamFuel 365, including motivational quotes, affirmations, design, branding, logo, and software, is owned by or licensed to DreamFuel 365 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The social sharing feature allows you to generate and share branded quote images with the DreamFuel 365 watermark. You may share these images on personal social media accounts. Commercial use without permission is prohibited.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Use automated tools or bots to access the App or AI features
• Share account credentials with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamFuel 365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Delete Your Account:

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time:

• In-App: Navigate to Profile → scroll down → Delete Account → Type "DELETE" to confirm
• Email: Contact dreamfuel365@gmail.com with "Delete My Account" in the subject line

Important: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Your tracked data is erased as soon as you confirm deletion in the app, and any residual copies are removed within 30 days. An active subscription is cancelled at the same time.

This includes your journal entries, mood check-ins, habits and habit logs, focus sessions, affirmations, daily intentions and quiet wins, favorites, saved quotes, weekly reflections, challenge participation, growth program enrolments, focus and progress data, XP and streaks, saved AI Coach memory and insights, and your AI weekly reviews.

Reset Your Profile (keep your account):

If you want a clean slate without losing your account or your subscription, use Profile → Reset Profile. This permanently clears the tracked data listed above — journal, mood, habits, focus sessions, affirmations, intentions, quiet wins, progress, and AI weekly reviews — while keeping your sign-in, plan, billing details and notification settings. Daily usage allowances are also kept, so a reset cannot be used to bypass daily limits.

Cancel Subscription First:

If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately before deleting your account:

• Web/PWA: Profile → Subscription → Manage → Cancel via Stripe portal
• Email: Contact dreamfuel365@gmail.com with "Cancel Subscription" in the subject line

Export Your Data (Data Portability):

You have the right to export your data before deletion. Contact dreamfuel365@gmail.com with "Export My Data" in the subject and we will provide a copy of your account data within 30 days.

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notice or email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

Jurisdiction:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution:

• Good-Faith Negotiation: Before initiating any legal action, you agree to contact us at dreamfuel365@gmail.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally
• Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules
• Class Action Waiver: You agree to arbitrate disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations
• Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to prevent actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights

EU/EEA Users: If you are located in the EU/EEA, you retain the right to bring disputes before the courts of your country of residence, and this arbitration clause does not affect your statutory consumer rights under EU law.
